The complimentary breakfast didn't taste as good as I expected. Apart from that, our two families, including my friend's, stayed here while visiting Gwalior, and the staff were consistently friendly and quick to help. In-room dining was satisfactory, and the Chinese and Indian dishes we tried were flavorful. We often asked for water and milk for my child, and the staff were always courteous.

At Ramaya Hotel, the food was tasty and good quality, with plenty of flavor. The staff were polite and genuinely helpful, and their hospitality made my stay comfortable and satisfying. I had a pleasant time and would recommend it.

My confirmed early check-in was for 8 AM, but when I arrived, staff said no rooms were ready even though occupancy was low. I waited four hours. They acknowledged that the commitment had been made, but dismissed my complaint and wouldn't offer a comp or an upgrade. The hassle and broken commitment were poor value. Book elsewhere if you need reliable policies.

I tried the veg noodles at lunch, and they were delicious. The room is good and the food is good too, but the tea lacked a strong flavor. I wanted dosa, but was told breakfast items weren't available at lunchtime.
