After we arrived in the evening, they told us the two rooms we'd booked for that night had been given to other guests. We'd paid an advance, but one duty officer took it while another assigned the rooms elsewhere. They left us waiting for 40 minutes while they tried to sort it out, then sent us to a shabby hotel. Bizarre and unprofessional. Be extra careful if you're booking at Ananta Inn.

The hotel looks fine from outside, but the final bill had extra charges. There was no housekeeping, the menu prices were very high, and the room had no bathroom kit or room kit.

The staff were really helpful, and the service was nice. One of the best hotels in gwalior.

The kitchen coordinator doesn't take responsibility, and the staff member gets an attitude when you call for service. Really poor service. A pathetic experience.
