The room was fairly spacious, depending on how many people were in it, but there was no wardrobe or work table, and no bedside lamp. The lift felt dangerous, and getting to the hotel from the main road wasn't easy. Being near the railway station also meant train horns kept disturbing my sleep. There was no hot water for 24 hours, from 6am to 10am. The worst part was that the actual price was lower, but I paid more through Make My Trip 😭

For what it cost, the room, location, service, and cleaning were all good enough. I didn't try the food.

The rooms were dirty, with a very strong smell in both the rooms and toilet. Water wasn't available, including drinking water, and the service costs far too much.

The receptionist was rude, and even after I complained about the dirty blanket, they didn't replace it. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty too, and the rooms weren't adequate for what they charge. It was the worst experience I've had.

The staff have a terrible attitude. They quote a lower price on the phone, then ask for twice as much when you arrive.
