The room AC would switch off by itself, and then we were told the power was out. I also saw the hotel providing call girls without ID, and the owner drinking wine at reception. The receptionist, Jitendra, was very rude. I didn't feel there was any concern for women's safety, so I'd tell anyone staying in Gwalior to avoid this hotel. This is an unbiased review.

I paid 1100 INR for one night. The rooms were okay, but the toilet wasn't, and there's no drinking water provided, so we had to buy bottles from a shop outside. I think it's only comfortable for a 3-4 hour daytime visit, like a personal meeting, and wouldn't recommend it for families or an overnight stay. Before booking any hotel, check the room and bathroom in person, including cleanliness, water, drinking water, whether there's AC, whether it works, and the price.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and check-in became a problem because the receptionist said Oyo hadn't paid him for several months. I had received a 400 discount from Oyo for paying before check-in, but he wouldn't let me check in unless I paid an extra 400. What a rubbish hotel.
