They charge twice, the facilities are poor, and they have no sense of how to talk to people. I wouldn't recommend staying here. If it isn't urgent, please choose another hotel.

This is more like rooms for rent than a hotel, so stay away. The place is very poor and unhygienic, with termites in the room, bathroom, and bed. The staff are so rude that no sane person would stay even a minute.

There were none of the listed facilities: no geyser, bedrolls, towels, breakfast, toiletries, or drinking water. The owner, caretaker, and staff are all arrogant and don't know how to speak to or behave with guests. OYO customer care was helpless, and they don't even have a way to contact the hotel's owner or staff. The experience was pathetic. I'd suggest choosing any other hotel, even one with a lower rating. This place isn't suitable to stay in.

I'd like a 1/4 star option, please. The room quality was poor despite the handsome amount I paid, and the electricity went out for 2 hr in the hot weather. Horrible experience, the worst.

Inside, it's very quiet even though the guest house is in a busy area of Gwalior. The staff are cooperative, and it's a really nice place if you want a pocket friendly stay without compromising on comfort. Go for it.
