People nearby were shouting like hell, and the staff said there was nothing they could do. The service was the worst, even when I just wanted drinking water. They don't deserve even one star.

It's in the city centre, but the rooms weren't great. They were full of cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable. They need to keep the place hygienic.

The noise made it hard to rest. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The restaurant had limited hours, and the small gym was overcrowded and outdated. The amenities were closed or in disrepair. My room was a letdown too. It hadn't been cleaned properly, with stains on the carpet and dust on the furniture. The bathroom was in poor shape, with chipped tiles and a shower that barely worked. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens felt worn. The AC was either too cold or not working, which left the room unbearably hot. Customer service was just as disappointing. I made a few requests during my stay, but no one seemed to care about sorting them out. The hotel felt understaffed, and the people who were there seemed indifferent.

The location might be the only reason to book this place. Service is average and cleanliness is basic, but the room is very untidy and due for a major overhaul. The walls are shabby too. The dirt on the AC was awful, worse than anything I've seen.
