Radisson Gwalior

We booked two nights with breakfast, and the service at breakfast was especially thoughtful. Anjali, Ashish, and Prema were friendly and helpful, bringing everything we wanted to the table. The service staff were very attentive. Thanks so much from the Shah-Pfeiffer family!

Mr. Badal was especially kind, polite, and helpful, and his warm hospitality made our stay even nicer. The food was very good too. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained, so we were very comfortable at Radisson Blu Gwalior. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if I visit Gwalior.

Our anniversary stay at Radisson Gwalior was deeply disappointing and fell far short of what I’d expect from an international 5-star brand. Before booking, I told front office representative Mr. Jitender we were celebrating our anniversary and asked whether a room upgrade might be available. He assured me they’d make the best possible arrangement at check-in. But when we arrived, front desk manager Mr. Deepak refused the upgrade, giving vague reasons about a bereavement in the owner’s family and their guests occupying the rooms. I sympathize with the family’s loss, but I don’t think internal circumstances justify not honoring commitments or delivering a poor guest experience. We then asked for a basic goodwill gesture, at least a complimentary dinner, and that was denied too. Instead, we were offered just a 15% discount on food and beverages, which felt dismissive and inadequate after the assurance we’d been given. Things got worse when we asked for very simple food for our child, a roti and a bowl of dal/lentils. We were told only khichdi or milk could be provided free. Is that really acceptable service for families with children at a property that claims to be 5-star? The lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic hospitality was alarming. I’m left wondering what the point is of booking directly through the Radisson app if basic expectations aren’t met and guests are treated this way. This was a complete letdown, especially for a special anniversary visit. Radisson Gwalior needs to reconsider its service standards and how it handles guests.

Good food in a relaxed setting, with a nice range of dishes for different tastes. The flavors and presentation were impressive, and the place has a welcoming vibe. Staff were polite and attentive, service was quick, and hygiene was well maintained. It’s a great spot to spend time with friends or family.
