The room didn’t match the website photos at all. We found spiders crawling around the room and even on the bed, so the stay was horrible and definitely not worth it. The worst part was paying the full amount plus GST online, with no refund. Once that was done, there was nothing we could do. 😭😭

The breakfast was the biggest letdown. Even though it’s called complimentary, here you’re allowed to pick just one item, and that’s it. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The food tasted amazing, and the staff were very good at MMD restaurant, Hotel Regency Square.

Don’t waste your money here. This is a third-class lodge.

The window view is exactly like the picture. The place itself feels like old English barracks, with about half a dozen damp rooms arranged around a big courtyard.
