I found the location convenient for reaching key areas in Nashik, and the staff were courteous and quick to respond. Check-in went smoothly, and they handled requests promptly. The in-house restaurant was a highlight. There was a good range of dishes, the food tasted good and was nicely presented, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. My room at Hotel City Pride was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, so it seems suitable for short or longer stays. I found it good value, with decent amenities and reliable dining. I’d consider staying again on my next visit.

The food options were good and tasted really great. Hotel was clean and well maintained, in a quiet neighbourhood right in the heart of the city.

The shower in the washroom didn’t work, and nobody was willing to clean the room. Hygiene was at level 0, and the staff were rude. The manager at the entrance was the worst part. The security guard was the only good thing, he was very helpful.

The restaurant serves tasty breakfast and food, and the location is good. The rooms have old fixtures that need upgrading. It’s just about OK, a place you could stay if you can’t find anywhere else.

The room had no working TV, no water heater, and no water bottle. Required services got no quick response, so it felt like customers didn’t matter to them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I booked through Ixigo, but the reception staff, Sanjay & Arvind, refused to let me stay. Ixigo had to get involved before they allowed check-in. When I checked out, they wouldn’t provide a hotel invoice, saying they hadn’t received payment. The reception staff were pathetic, disgusting, and not helpful at all. This place is like a 3rd class Lodge.
