The guard was particularly discourteous and unprofessional, which added to an already unpleasant stay. Staff also didn’t respond to requests for basic room necessities, and promised items never arrived. We had no one available to help with our luggage when we got there. Food service was poor as well: meals weren’t prepared or served on time, causing needless delays. From the moment we arrived, service fell well short of expectations. Management needs to improve staff training, service, and guest support. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Treebo Sai Rekha Inn. The rooms were among the best in this category, exceptionally clean and well maintained, and felt comfortable and hygienic right away. It’s also conveniently placed for getting to nearby attractions. Breakfast at the in-house restaurant, Masala Zone, was a great start to the day. There was Kellogg’s, Pineapple Shira, banana and papaya, and Kurma Puri as the main course. Everything was excellent and nicely prepared, and the service felt warm and professional. A working lift would be appreciated, though. Kudos to the team for the comfort and hospitality.

The decor is contemporary, and the food was good when we had dinner and breakfast. We’d worried after reading recent reviews, but two bell boys were there when we visited, so our luggage was taken upstairs without any trouble. After we went down for dinner, they set up the extra bed we’d asked for. The hotel is next to a petrol pump. The wooden bed skirting kept hurting my husband, so I’m taking half a star off. Breakfast was meant to start at 8am, but actually began at 8:10.

The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, and the location is prime. The rooms are very nice. There were some issues with the fans and AC, but it was still good value for the money.

A few drawbacks: the water heater takes a while to warm up, and drinking water is limited to 1 litre a day even in a triple room with 3 adults. Additional water costs extra if requested. On the plus side, the hotel’s location, ambience, interiors, cleanliness, and clean bathrooms were good. Check-in and checkout were efficient, and the limited breakfast spread was delicious.
