I booked through MMT and was told I couldn't get early check-in because I'd booked online. People who arrived after me and booked offline got rooms right away. When I asked about the difference, staff wanted ₹500 extra for early check-in. I ended up waiting more than 3.5 hours for a room. There were no towels in the room, and when I asked, they told me to wait because none were available. I got one two hours later. The employees were also very rude and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience, with unfair treatment of online customers and poor service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I've preferred staying here three times because the room and service are good. This visit was a big disappointment, though. There were mosquitoes and insects in the room, and I couldn't sleep peacefully at night.

I had a great stay with my friend in Nov 2023. We enjoyed the surroundings, got good service, and the staff didn't disturb us. Breakfast in the morning was nice, too.

Things are mostly good, but the service needs improvement. The landline often doesn't work, and there's no hot water.

The stay was uncomfortable and didn't live up to what the listing led me to expect. The photos online don't match the property, which was misleading. There was no hot water, the AC wasn't working properly, and the bathroom door didn't lock properly. The flush wasn't working either. Getting in and out was difficult because the entrance and exit are so narrow for a bigger SUV.
