There are lots of nearby options, so I’d suggest not staying here. The room wasn’t good, and they gave us dirty sheets. We’d booked a day ahead, but when we asked for a change, staff said they had no other sheets. They still didn’t provide clean ones. Bad experience.
The bed had a smell that seemed to come from the whole room, and the washroom didn’t work. This was a pathetic hotel that doesn’t value its customers. Pay a little extra and avoid it.
This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I’d settled on a room rate of 1100 plus GST the previous day, but the person handling the bill charged 1200 plus GST instead and shouted that I should have told him earlier, because that was now the rate.
The hotel itself is good, but the staff treated us badly and don’t know how to speak to customers or visitors. If you’re paying a handsome amount, you have a right to expect respect, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
The rooms are as good as you can expect for the rent, and the place is clean and safe. It’s in a prominent location, with a small parking area that still does the job. Food wasn’t up to the mark. The place is nice and pocket-friendly, actually cheap.
