The bathroom was a mess, with dirty water coming from the taps and water pooling because it wouldn’t drain. Mosquitoes filled the room, and the ₹60 All Out repellent didn’t help at all. They charge ₹2,500 for a night, too. Staff all around were rude and seemed to try to pull tricks.

I waited nearly an hour for my order, and the staff treated me rudely. Easily the worst experience I’ve had.

The staff were wonderful, and we liked the food. Our room was really big and spacious during our one-night stay. We’d happily come back, and anyone planning a trip to Hardoi could choose this hotel.

I’ve had Mr. Rahul Pandey throw a tantrum at me for the second time, so I’m writing this review. The room service staff and waiters handle customers better than he does. His manners are a blot on HK Hotels, and all the one-star rating here is for Mr. Rahul Pandey’s behavior. HK Hotel management should expect more one-star reviews if they keep him. Thanks.
