For older visitors planning a holy dip at Har Ki Pauri, this hotel makes things much easier. Changing clothes there can be difficult with the crowds, and the hotel has convenient facilities that take some stress out of it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the property is beautifully designed and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful from arrival through departure. The food was light, hygienic, and tasty, especially suited to senior citizens. I found it good value and a strong choice for a comfortable stay in Haridwar.

The private ghat made a real difference for us with kids and elders. We could enjoy the Ganga without too much crowd or chaos, and the hotel’s evening Ganga Aarti there was lovely. Security at the ghat helped us feel comfortable as a family. Our Ganga view room was beautiful, and waking up to the river and quiet atmosphere was one of my favourite parts. The people here made the stay memorable. Jyoti in the restaurant area was caring, Shahina was welcoming at high tea, and Aniket and Sanjay kept our rooms clean and comfortable. At the entrance, Robin and P. Singh were always smiling and ready to help with luggage, doors, or the kids and elders. We also enjoyed high tea with live music, flute music at breakfast, a mehndi session, and the peaceful spiritual feel around the hotel. The food was very good, breakfast had lots of variety, and everything felt fresh and clean. The team arranged anniversary decorations and a cake for our family. We liked it so much that we ordered another before checkout. We came with family and left with lovely memories.

Dinner was a highlight, with fresh, flavourful food and excellent service. Ms Jyoti and Ms Ritika deserve a special mention for looking after us so well. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept things in great shape throughout our stay. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, and check-in was quick and smooth. The experience was better than we expected, and we hope to visit again.

You can watch the Ganga flowing from the spacious, well-appointed rooms, and there’s access to a private ghat with security staff on duty. The food was good, and the staff were courteous and always willing to help. I also noticed the care they showed for differently abled guests. The amenities felt just about sufficient for a five-star hotel. It’s a very good place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it for the overall experience.
