The room wasn’t clean, and the fans were dirty. Neither the main door nor the bathroom door would lock. I asked reception several times for basic services, but none were provided. A bad experience.

I checked out early because the conditions were so poor. The room was extremely dirty, the AC and TV didn’t work, and they gave us an already opened bottle of water. Staff were rude and unprofessional. I had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel’s lift wouldn’t go from the ground floor to the first, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. Inside the room, the furniture was broken, the sheets were dirty, and there were bed bugs. The washrooms were filthy and smelled awful, the door locks were broken, and mosquitoes made it impossible to rest. Hygiene and maintenance were appalling, the service was poor, and it was terrible value for money. I regret trusting the OYO reviews and ratings. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked two rooms through oyo, and both smelled damp, apparently from the walls and ceiling. The rooms looked very different from their pictures, and the manager was rude. It was a terrible experience.
