Fabhotel Harmony

A very good place to stay if you’re visiting mumfordganj in prayagraj. I had a very good experience.

The rooms were decent, but the amenities weren’t adequate, and I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the staff’s behavior. It’s about 6-7KM from Sangam Area, and the hotel’s booking location was wrong, so we wandered around the city for quite a while. There’s no proper restaurant nearby except one that’s closed to the public when it’s reserved for a function. There’s only a bakery nearby, and it opens late. We were promised breakfast and asked the previous day for it by 08:00 am, since we had to leave at 08:30 for our train. Despite repeated requests, the caretakers never brought it, even by 08:30. The explanation was that they were getting it from somewhere else that only opens at 08:30/09:00. Our room also had no hot water. The caretaker said it would come after 1-2 buckets were emptied, but after asking repeatedly we only got cold water at 07:00 in the morning and had to manage with that. We were told the towels were in the laundry, so we didn’t get enough. One room’s bathroom had an open ventilation window at the top that stayed open, which was a serious privacy issue. Our whole family, 11 people including our parents aged 74 and 76, stayed at Fab Hotels Harmony, Prayagraj. It was a very bad experience. The bathrooms were dirty, the linens had yellow patches, and there was no hot water or the usual hot water flask. There’s no kitchen at all, no CCTV cameras, and no security guard. It felt like a dormitory mixed with a homestay. They also charged us for breakfast even though it was included in the itinerary. Very bad experience with FAB HOTELS and the owner of the place Shukla at Prayagraj.

I paid 2395 after several discounts, but fab hotel completely bluffed this time. The hotel was very old, and the photos in the app didn’t match the room I got. There was no restaurant or hot water, no breakfast buffet, and they only arranged breakfast from outside. They gave us just two small soaps as toiletries, no complimentary tea or coffee, and no electric kettle. The service phone didn’t work either. I took photos of the floors and dirty bathroom because they didn’t match the app pictures.
