This was a pathetic, very unhygienic stay at Apple Grand. There were rats and flies around, and when I complained, the manager didn't respond. The staff were rude and kept telling us to adjust without doing anything. I had booked with breakfast, but they said there was no kitchen and told us to order from outside ourselves. They still charged extra for breakfast, which felt like a scam. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so stay away if you don't want this kind of experience.

This place is called Apple Grand, not COLLECTION O Hotel, and it was very hard to find. No contact number was provided, and the number listed was wrong. It's far from Haridwar railway station and Har ki paudi. There are rooms in the area for 6-800₹, and I don't believe the ratings and reviews here are genuine. We had no regular water supply or hot water, frequent power cuts, poor sanitation, insects, and no drinking water. I wouldn't stay here with family. They don't seem to care about customer comfort. The room smelled bad, the towels and wardrobe were dirty, and there was no hot water. The AC did work, but the bathroom's jali ventilator was fully open.

There's no restaurant service, and the hotel wasn't very clean. It's about 10km from Har ki Pauri and the Railway station. I wouldn't call it a family hotel, though it should be okay for bachelors.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, but they refused to let me check in, saying the rooms were overbooked. There were more than 5 other cases like mine that day, and the manager threatened us and told us to leave. Horrible experience. Please don't book here.
