The room was full of dirt and had a foul smell. The bed sheets were torn, the geyser and lights didn't work, and neither did the main door lock. There was no service bell, and the TV was out of order too. The worst, most pathetic stay I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here at any cost.

I visited on 13 March and found no Wi-Fi, lift, water supply, or TV. A very bad hotel. Nobody should visit this worst place.

The staff were very good and supportive. It's a good hotel for a family stay in Haridwar, in a prime location.

The manager was very bad, and they rejected my OYO booking. Very bad service.

The room wasn't proper, the staff weren't cooperative, and there was no service available. They even charge for water. A very bad experience.
