He brings grace, humility and excellence to his role, leads by example and is a true Ambassador of the Taj brand. In my honest opinion, his ownership and leadership every day are at General Manager level. The stay at Hari Niwas by IHCL SeleQtions was extraordinary. It's a new property, yet the warmth, precision and soul feel like the Taj legacy perfected. The service and curated activities redefine “Tajness.” It's beyond words, you really have to come experience it. Housekeeping staff Mr. Sonu made everything seamless and comfortable with his attention to detail and warmth. At reception, Ms Ekta and Ms. Nandini set a polished, gracious and effortlessly efficient tone from the first interaction. Guide Mr. Vikas made every property activity and experience better with his knowledge and storytelling. This hotel stay stays with you. Beyond words and expectations. Hands down, THE BEST.

Chef Sumit Rastogi prepared the food brilliantly, and Mr. Ankit's hospitality was amazing. I've stayed at several Taj properties, and this one takes things to another level. Excellent hotel, with top notch facilities.

We booked at the last minute after flooding cancelled our plans in Rishikesh, and my mom and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our large room was clean, the staff were amazing, and Sonu deserves a shoutout for keeping the room perfect. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food was amazing. The service was great and met all our needs.

The hotel plans activities, and that was the best part for me. The staff are very polite, the food is exceptional, and the place is beautiful with lots of positives. Everything else is good and decorated really well. My only suggestion would be to add more light in the bedroom.
