The rooms were too small, and the bathroom had no space. Staff behaviour was awful, especially the exceptionally rude lady at reception. There was no sense of how to handle guests. They charged extra for water and chai, which are normally complimentary. They first said breakfast was complimentary, then charged us for it at checkout. Worst experience ever. Never go to this hotel!

They wouldn’t accept a cancellation after the first night and asked me to pay for two days. At Rs.3200/- per day, the stay wasn’t worth it. I recently stayed at Fab Hotel VR Residency and had a very bad experience with an unprofessional hotel. It’s near a bazaar, and the noise from the nearby place kept me awake all night. I wouldn’t choose it for an official stay or with family. It might suit young people staying with a group of friends. I don’t think the 4* or 5* ratings are true. They may have been given through different logins and false ratings.

Dealing with the staff felt like dealing with a group of scammers, not a hospitality team. They were unbelievably rude and mannerless, especially the night staff, the worst I’ve ever come across. Their behavior was unprofessional, arrogant, and disgraceful. Worst experience ever. Stay away!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Service could be slow, though, and the food selection needs work. For the price, VR Residency is decent, and I might stay again.
