I was new to the hotel and in an emergency, but the welcome and help at reception were very good. Everyone was polite and looked after me well. I loved the service. It felt safe, too. Must visit and stay here. Thank you, from Goa India.

During my business trip, check-in was smooth and the staff were attentive, efficient, and very courteous. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with ancient amenities. Shri Sai deluxe in Adarsh Nagar,delhi is a very budget-friendly hotel and, for me, one of the best.

For 1500 a night, the rooms were shockingly dirty. I doubt they even change the bed sheets. The landline in the room didn't work, and I had to switch rooms twice during my stay. One of the worst hotels I've seen.
