I stayed six days and ended up being pretty satisfied, even though the other reviews had left me unsure. The staff were helpful, and when a tube light needed replacing, reception sorted it in about five minutes. There are shops nearby for everyday things, and the railway station plus two metro stations, on the red and blue lines, make it easy to get around. A handy choice if you want a budget hotel with metro access.

The staff were friendly, but I can't say much else in its favor. My room looked nothing like the online photos: it was grimy, with peeling paint and what seemed to be betel spit on the walls. The bed was painfully hard, and I wasn't convinced the sheets were clean. There were bed bugs and all sorts of other little creatures. I was too jet lagged and, well, British to complain at the time. Unless you're keen on insects, steer clear.

It was cheap, but the room felt cramped and the service was a letdown. They didn't even have drinking water available, so you can guess how the rest went.

Getting around is convenient since the hotel is close to the Delhi Metro, and the surrounding area is nice. The place is well maintained, and the staff are decent and polite. A nice spot to stay.

The room was in poor condition, and there was no Wi-Fi available in it. A very disappointing stay.
