The reception was the only good part. In the first room, the sheets were used and dirty, and they wouldn't change them even after I asked. Then I found a large mouse in the washroom. They moved me to another room, but that one had problems too: the door handle didn't work, the room wouldn't lock, and the key got stuck in the lock whenever I tried. The washroom flooded every time I used it. This is the worst room I've stayed in. There are plenty of nearby hotels, so please choose one of those instead.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to know very little. My room was in poor condition, dirty, noisy, and smelly. They quoted one charge when I booked the room, then asked for extra charges when I was leaving. A terrible stay. Before booking any hotel, make sure you confirm everything you need.

I was charged ₹2000 for only 2 hours, which felt wildly overpriced. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and I didn't feel treated with respect. Very disappointing service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The reception area looked decent, but everything else was a letdown. My room smelled awful and had insects crawling around, and the housekeeping seemed careless. The place didn't feel clean or hygienic at all. Reception staff were especially rude and unhelpful, and it felt like taking my money mattered more than providing good service. For the price, it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rates seemed inconsistent, and service and customer support were poor. My AC never worked properly, and they didn't fix it despite my complaints. Wouldn't recommend.
