They took extra money from guests at check-in, reportedly another 50-80% even when a booking was fully paid online, leaving people at the counter with no choice but to pay. Check-in itself was troublesome, with fake online pricing. Room service food was very poor and arrived in someone’s hand or wrapped in newspaper, without even a plate or bowl. The bathroom smelled, the flush didn’t work, and the bed was dirty and broken at the sides. The TV didn’t work either, and nobody helped with luggage.

I thought at least the staff might behave decently, but after I left, they posted a false review under my name on a booking site. The room and washroom were dirty, as were the walls and bedsheet. There was a rat in the room. After I kept asking, they moved me to an even dirtier one, with a door so tight I couldn’t close it properly. The receptionist kept the AC remote and switched the AC on or off whenever they wanted. This hotel is a fraud.

It was easy to get to the hotel, and being near the airport made travel easier. The staff were helpful and available around the clock, and all the necessary facilities were there. Our room and bathroom were hygienic. It’s a good place to stay, especially with family.
