The worst hotel I came across on my whole trip. There was no cleanliness and no proper room service. All I got from the owner was big talk. Please avoid Babua Hyness if you don’t want to waste your money. There are plenty of nearby hotels.

I’d already paid, but the hotel manager still refused to give me a room. In the end I had to arrange my own stay in Haridwar. OYO was showing a checkout, which was surprising, and nobody at OYO would answer the phone or listen to my refund request.

I booked a room online, but when I got there they wouldn’t let me check in. I had to pay another 311 rupees for the night. They told me to speak to customer support, but at midnight it was hard to get through. I wouldn’t recommend booking anything through this site.

The terrace seating was a great spot for lunch and dinner, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room, food, and hotel staff were all good, and the surroundings were neat and clean.

The rooms were very clean, the staff courteous, and the food was awesome. I had an excellent stay.
