Hotel Paradise

The owner is calm and understanding, and the people are friendly and comfortable to be around. Front desk girl Siya Shahane and the other service boys were kind and humble. I didn't expect such good service in ROM region. A really nice hotel, and I'd recommend it to companies.

We checked out after breakfast, and my colleague and the other two people with us had complaints too. His room's a/c wasn't working, and after he called three times, the staff said, "mujhe kuch pata nahi mechanical ko call karna padega" 🤣. My own room smelled so foul when I opened the Almira that I could barely stand it. After a full day of meetings and more than 300 km of travel, I just wanted to rest, but the bed-sheet wasn't clean and there were lipstick stains all over the pillow. I asked for a fresh sheet and nobody came. At breakfast, the food was good, but there was nothing left for me to eat. I ordered an egg white omelet and black coffee, but the drinking water was missing, and the glass and water bottle were unclean. The booking had gone badly too. I reserved 2 Rooms at 11.30 am for a business trip and called at 6.00 pm to say I'd be late. At 10 pm they called to say they had held only one room and wanted a different rate for the second, saying footfall was higher. We had to accept the revised rate because we had no choice. I checked in around 11 pm. The whole experience was terrible. Of all the world's worst hotels, I'd rank this second, because Anvita a hotel in Beed is still number one.

Siya Madam, Raju, Ajay, Vijay, and Rihan were supportive and helpful. They made the stay comfortable and pleasant. Thanks to them.

Mr. Rihan at the counter and Miss Siya were very helpful while I was staying there. A very good hotel.
