For the price, the AC rooms, geyser, ample space, and neat beds are hard to beat. Everything was great except the lack of car parking. There's roadside parking, or paid municipality parking within walking distance. Special mention to Aravind, a great host who was ready to help with anything at any time.

The room is very small, and most hotels use a 24-hour format. Since multiple people manage this place, get the agreed hours of stay and price documented in writing to avoid having to negotiate more than once.

The room was good and had a TV, and the hotel is worth the money. Just keep the window closed while you sleep, since cigarette smell from outside gets into the room and sticks to the clothes in there.

We booked ahead for three nights and had already told them we'd arrive late, but got there at 6.15 am with our baby and were treated badly from the start. The receptionist ignored us for three minutes. When I asked about the booking, he said there wasn't one without even checking. I asked him to look or ask someone, since we'd made two separate bookings. He just sat there, barely bothered to check. When I asked how long he expected us to wait with a baby, he muttered that there was nothing he could do if there was no booking. He then went upstairs without saying anything, so we assumed he was going to show us a room. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, there was no bathroom lock, and there were cockroaches in the wardrobe. When I asked if the lock could be fixed, he said it would stay that way. Shiva said someone would clean the bathroom only after 10 o'clock, though we'd arrived at 6.15 am and were expected not to use it until then. We booked in advance to avoid this kind of hassle. I can accept that things won't be perfect, but guests should be treated politely. Shiva was rude, barely answered, and I had to ask the same question twice. He looked me up and down, which left me embarrassed as a woman. We paid, and I was very upset already that morning. We planned to stay until evening and move to another hotel, since the money for all 3 days wouldn't be refunded. We wasted money and time because of the fake reviews. How could Goibibo partner with a hotel like this? I booked after reading good reviews. It's not suitable for families. I'll never book through Goibibo again or recommend this hotel.
