DONT TRUST PARADISE GRUOPS PONDY. We had a very disappointing stay. The place was poorly maintained, basic facilities were missing, and cleanliness fell below standard. It didn’t feel suitable for families or children, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing visit. It’s definitely not worth the money.

We had lots of mosquitoes across the resort, with no upkeep to reduce them. There were also lizards and centipedes in the rooms. When we complained, staff said that was common, though they did remove a few, so I gave 3 stars for service. The room we were given had no attached bathroom, and no one told us beforehand. At the property, they just said the men could adjust. The rooms weren’t clean or hygienic, and the tariff wasn’t worth it, despite their claims that you can’t get this kind of room elsewhere. They say it’s 2 km from the beach, but Auro beach is 5 km away. And first of all, this isn’t in Pondicherry, it’s in TN.

Please don’t be fooled by the photos they send to get you to book. The villa didn’t look like them at all, and we told the management the rooms, especially the washroom, needed cleaning. They insisted everything was clean, but it was the opposite. The washrooms were dirty, there was no hot water, no mirror in the room, and not even drinking water. There wasn’t an attached kitchen either, and there were mosquitoes. This is a pathetic place that doesn’t deserve even one star. It feels like a big scam, so don’t trust the property or the people there.

Think before booking here. It’s in Viluppuram, Tamil Nadu, and you have to cross the Pondicherry check post to reach the resort, so you can’t enjoy the benefits of staying in Pondicherry. They say the beach is nearby, but it’s 7 kilometers away. You could rent a full apartment cheaper in Puducherry city center instead of coming here and hearing all the fake promises. Pathetic experience, don’t go.
