From outside it looks good, but inside the rooms were very, very dirty. The bedsheets and pillows were filthy, like they hadn't been washed in a long time, and there are no windows. You can get to the hotel only with a private vehicle. It's on the bypass, with coffee day on the ground floor and KFc in the next building. Breakfast is bought from outside, and there's no coffee maker. If you want a comfortable stay, this isn't the hotel for you.

The reception guy was so helpful. We got to the lodge an hour before check-in, and he gave us a room without charging extra. Breakfast was good, and the ambiance was just like the pictures, not awesome but not bad either. All good for service.

The hotel is near jipmer medical college pondicherry, above cafe coffe day and next to Kennedy fried chicken. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned, with clean, roomy bathrooms. There's a TV, a heater, and a kettle for hot water. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Good value for money.

Senthil was especially good at dealing with customers. He helped me buy things, showed me which places to visit and how to get there, and even took me to the bus stop on his motorbike. The staff were friendly, and the room and hotel were clean, with nice room service. There's a KFC and cafe coffee day beside the hotel, and it's just one kilometers from jipmer. With helpful staff like Senthil, I highly recommend this hotel.

No decent bed, no TV, no mirror, no Wi-Fi, and the power wasn't reliable. Not suitable for families at all.
