We had water supply problems throughout the stay, and the doors didn't fit properly. Maintenance was poor, and the hotel still expected top dollar. Staff were rude and seemed uninterested in helping, with service that was abysmal. It was one of the worst stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend the place or set foot in it again unless they seriously improve the service and facilities.

The rooms and washrooms were spacious, but they weren't looked after well. Linen was poor quality, balconies were left uncleaned, the AC didn't work, and the wifi worked poorly. Basement parking was available depending on availability, but it was kept like a dump yard, with two-wheelers parked in a disorganized way.

A big, very old tree stands close by, home to 100 birds whose sounds you can hear morning and evening. The hotel is just in front of Boathouse on Cuddalore Road, a suitable spot for tourists, though car parking can be challenging. If you're planning a family function, think carefully about the guest count. The dining hall is small, has no AC, and some of the fans don't rotate properly.

The rooms are big enough, but the beds are small for 2 adults and a kid. The area is good if you're heading to Paradise beach, with the Paradise beach boating point just opposite the hotel. The place itself is only manageable, and you have to ask reception several times for basics like soap and towels.
