Hotel Suryaa Grand

The rooms were wonderful for a low price, and there's a parking area too. The front office guy, whose name I didn't get, was very polite and respectful. I was really happy to see such maturity in someone so young.

We booked rooms for seven family members on 27 July 24, and the power kept cutting out. Room service was very poor, and it didn't feel family friendly or safe for women. The owner was rude when we explained the problems and made us leave at midnight. Then at 0640hrs the next morning, a staff member went around to the rooms and told my wife, who had opened our door, that we had to vacate by 0800hrs. At check-in, we'd been told we could stay until 11 o'clock. There was no restaurant or accommodation for drivers.

The staff were courteous, efficient, and helpful, and the hotel exceeded what I expected. The decor was lovely, the rooms comfortable, and the location fantastic. I'd gladly come back.
