The room we eventually got was dirty, with stained bedsheets, and the staff treated us terribly. We had a booking and arrived at 4 in the morning, but were told check-in was at noon. Even when we returned after 11, they still wouldn't give us a room, leaving us waiting for eight hours. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. They also taunted us about our language and demeaned Hindi, which really upset me. Nobody has the right to treat our national language that way. Disgusting experience, and I can't recommend this place.

The service was good, and they provided fresh towels and toiletries. The rooms are just okay, though, and the hotel sits in a market that's busy all day. It could use a valet driver to handle parking, and the older rooms need a makeover. Thanks for hosting us 🙂

Even after we came back after 11, they wouldn't let us in, so we waited six hours. The staff's behavior was awful too. A disgusting, wasted experience.

They advertised free breakfast when we booked, then denied it when we asked. There weren't even plates in the kitchen. The rooms were tiny, the walls dirty, and water leaked in the bathroom. We checked out a day early but weren't refunded. With service like this, I don't know why the staff think they can be so rude and pathetic.
