The place seems badly understaffed, and the cleanliness and basic facilities need a lot of work. When we asked, staff were polite and responsive: they cleaned the room, brought extra pillows and blankets, and mopped the floor in the morning after we reported a water leak. But the problems outweighed that. It’s on a crowded, narrow market road with inadequate parking. There were cockroaches and rat droppings in the room, the fridge was dirty, and rainwater leaked inside in the middle of the night. The hotel already knew about the leak but hadn’t fixed it. On a public holiday the kitchen was closed because there were no staff. Breakfast arrived from outside almost 2 hours late, and even getting plates was a hassle. There was no coffee with breakfast, and after waiting half an hour, we left without it.

The restaurant we were told about when booking was actually closed for renovation. Breakfast was disappointing too: the food wasn't tasty or hot, and the tea was overly sweet and barely warm. The pillows looked old and dirty, with small cockroaches on them. There wasn't a cook, so a housekeeping attendant had to make breakfast. We stayed three nights and ran into several problems. A waste of money.

Rats were walking around the floor, including in the canteen, and there was an electrical leak from a toilet switchboard. Breakfast didn't match the menu, and when we asked about it, the caretaker gave an arrogant reply that this was all they had. We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned, with the same bedspreads and towels for five days. The hospitality was worthless. You can see the rat in the attached photo.

Parking was a big problem, so think carefully before bringing your own car. We stayed two nights and had to call about ten times a day for bathroom water; they couldn't provide it properly. In the end, this was my experience after paying 8000 a day. I've attached the booking details for reference. Don't book this hotel.
