Treebo Trend Signature Grande

The building seemed very old, maybe even under construction, and the doors did not lock properly. On top of that, the kettle in the wardrobe had lots of worms in it. My sister's six-month-old baby and my uncle needed warm water, so I asked for a kettle, but this was what I found. The room had not been cleaned before they gave us the key. Someone had used the toilet and left it unflushed. I asked them to clean it, but they moved us to another room that was uncomfortable, then insisted we stay there and said there was no other option. I don't understand the 4- or 5-star reviews. This was unexpected and very disappointing. Please don't visit this hotel. This is my honest review.

There was plenty of parking, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I stayed in a spacious, clean 1bhk room. The telephone was there, but it didn't work, so I couldn't call reception. The swimming pool was under maintenance.

We stayed the night of March 31st and couldn't sleep because the AC didn't cool at all. The sheets were unclean and made us itch, and the bathroom smelled so bad it was barely tolerable. The toilet also had a dirty odor and had not been cleaned properly. No towels were provided for bathing. We kept asking through the night, but staff made excuses instead of helping. We went downstairs and asked again at 6 AM, and still got no towels. The service, cleanliness, and basic facilities were extremely poor. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We checked in at 4pm and by 9 pm nothing had been fixed. Every time we asked, the answer was “5 mins sir,” then their story changed to saying it would all be fixed tomorrow. They never offered us another room. There was no curtain, and the phone, Wi-Fi, TV and remote did not work. The washroom lights were out and there was no hot water. This was a terrible experience from check-in onward. The staff don't seem to know basic ways of dealing with customers, and they don't speak proper basic English. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. This is my personal experience.
