It’s in the middle of the market, and the room was decent with the AC working properly. The washrooms were okay, and the basic facilities were available and working. You have to ask for towels before they provide them. Overall, a good, decent budget stay.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, the rooms were dirty and full of cockroaches, and basic amenities were missing. Nobody even bothered to leave a jug or bottle of water in the room. It was the most overpriced hotel I’ve stayed in anywhere in India, with the worst customer service. I only saw the one or two workers twice, first at check-in to get my signature and again at checkout to collect tips. Worthless place.

The rooms were well maintained, and the team did more than expected to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We felt truly honored by the very good hospitality and service. The central location is another plus, with nearly everything around it.

The room was spacious, but it wasn't clean. There were cockroaches in the room, bathroom, and cupboard, and the bedsheet was dirty; the blankets weren't soft either. Power cuts happened often, with no backup. Its central spot does mean the tourist attractions are all within walking distance.
