The rooms were dirty, with a bad smell and insects, bed bugs, and more. The bathroom was in terrible condition and hadn't been cleaned. They refused to provide the complimentary breakfast and didn't give us WiFi as promised. When we called for help, we got no proper response, and they charged an extra Rs 200 for cleaning.

Nobody cleaned our room during the two days we stayed, yet they asked for cleaning charges when we checked out. Everyone was rude, whether at reception or in housekeeping. They charged Rs 1500 per night, which felt too expensive to me.

There were lots of mosquitoes, and the stay was below average. I'd only recommend it if you can't find anywhere else or need to stay on a budget. Even then, I'd suggest paying a little more.

The service was extremely disappointing. There was no WiFi, no fresh linen, and no proper room cleaning. In the evening, the corridor smelled of alcohol and tobacco. The rooms had damp walls and no windows, and running water was scarce. I wouldn't recommend it.

Even with a confirmed OYO booking, the hotel refused to let us check in when we arrived. We had called ahead to say we'd be there early the next morning. It was a shocking experience, and OYO offered no solution either. They just cheat people. I would never recommend this.
