The rooms are cozy and quite nice, but some basic things were missing. The TV didn't work, there were no tissues in the bathroom, and it would be good if they supplied a small toothpaste and toothbrush.

Early check-in cost 700 rupees, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't good. We asked for breakfast and water bottles for the two days we had booked, but the staff said no. They were rude and unfriendly, and the rooms were small and stinky. One of the worst OYO rooms I've stayed in. It was a waste of money, and staying there will drive you crazy.

The location was good, but the stay fell far short of what I expected. The rooms were cramped and in bad shape, with bed bugs and no hot water. They wouldn't fix problems, and the lighting was poor. Reception was rude, there was no hotel parking, and they weren't flexible about anything. Receptionists also seemed to try to pocket money without giving receipts. It was simply too expensive for this.

Rock beach is an easy walk, and most attractions are nearby. The hotel was well kept, prices were moderate, and the staff were helpful and cooperative.

We were left without AC for a full day. I called the front desk and was told someone would come check it, but nobody showed up.
