Mr. Yogesh Joshi's personal attention made our family feel cared for. Even as manager, he took our food orders himself, checked that room service was right, and kept checking in. The rest of the staff were courteous too. We came from Aurangabad in May 2026 for a religious trip and stayed at Bhaj Govindam Hotel, Haridawar. Its peaceful feel was lovely, and the private Ganga ghat was the highlight for us. We sat there for Aarti each evening without crowds. The private parking easily fit both our four-wheelers, which was a big relief in Haridwar. Our room was spacious and very clean, housekeeping was prompt, the beds were comfortable, and the views were nice. The pure veg restaurant served fresh, homely food, and we really liked the North Indian thali. We'll definitely come back to Bhaj Govindam and recommend it to families visiting Haridwar.

Having its own car park is a big help in a busy place like Haridwar. I also loved the private ghat, where the Ganga felt quieter, cleaner, and more peaceful than at the crowded public ghats. The hotel is around 500 meters from Har Ki Pauri, so it's handy to reach while the surroundings stay calm. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt homely and relaxing. I had a very pleasant stay and will choose it again when I return to Haridwar. Highly recommended.

The staff were polite, but for this price the property is awful. You can find better hotels for 1000 bucks. The bedsheets are old and worn, the flush is pathetic, water keeps dripping, the TV doesn't work, and the paint is dirty.

I felt safe and comfortable during my two days at Hotel Bhaj Govindam on a solo trip. The garden view room was awesome, and the bonfire was especially nice. The front desk staff were supportive and cooperative, and Mr.Yogesh ji there deserves a big thank you 😊😊. My experience at Hotel Bhaj Govindam was great. I'd highly recommend it to everyone, especially solo female travellers. 👍🏻😃

There’s a private ghat, garden, and restaurant here, and the staff are polite and helpful. Har ki pauri is only about a five-minute walk away. We stayed for 3 days and loved the location. For quality time with family, I'd suggest this hotel.
