The staff were friendly, and the manager helped whenever we needed something. We spent a comfortable week here with my family. The location was great, the rooms were good and hygienic, housekeeping was good, and breakfast was good too.
The room had a bad smell throughout, and the bathroom shower didn't work. Staff were unhelpful, service was poor, and the room wasn't clean. Our basic requests were ignored or delayed. It was very disappointing and not worth the price. Please don't waste your money here. I'd suggest hotel Lalita palace in jaipur instead.

There was no shower kit, dental kit, basic amenities, or complimentary drinking water in the room. The attendant, Sher Singh, behaved rudely.
