OYO 29394 Hotel Apoorva Deluxe

The staff were very good and cooperative, and the hotel has its own kitchen. For its maintenance and services, it's cheaper than the other nearby hotels. I stayed for 5 days on my first visit and plan to stay here when I come to Jaipur with my family. You can stay here with family and friends. It's about 300 meters from Sindhi camp bus terminals and around 2.5 km from Jaipur railway station. Thank you, Hotel Apoorva Deluxe, for your hospitality and services.

We were given three poor rooms when we arrived, even though I'd informed the hotel authority about my check-in time. None had hot water. First they said hot water was available in the morning, then the next morning there was still none, and later they said the bathrooms had no hot water facility. Two rooms had exhaust fans, and one of those fans didn't work. There was broken glass, and the balcony wasn't safe. They also showed us super deluxe rooms that didn't look super deluxe and had plenty of faults. The owners said they couldn't do any maintenance until Jan 15. The service was pathetic from start to finish. The owner was a Bluffmaster, shifted all the blame to employees, and said he had three properties and seldom visited to check the hotel's condition. Dinner for my senior citizen mother, just one plate, arrived cold and stale after one and a half hours. At breakfast they first served only three plates, saying it was for 6. There was only one option, parathas. Each plate had two, but they said there was only one per plate and served us 6 in total. When I called the manager, he brought 3 more plates of parathas. They served black tea instead of black coffee, and arranging hot water was a huge problem. They opened one room for my whole family to freshen up, which cost us more than 2 hours. I texted Oyo assistance too, but nobody helped. Better rooms were given to walk-in guests. I'm not sure why they treated us this way, perhaps because we were Oyo customers. Oyo should take notice and act to prevent tourists from facing this kind of difficulty. Beware, and avoid rooms 301, 307, and 308. My money and time were wasted, and my New Year plan in Jaipur was completely messed up. I spent the night of Jan 2 here.

The AC kept tripping even though I’d booked an AC room, and there was a water shortage and no working Wi-Fi. They charged three times the amount, in my view, and didn’t provide the amenities. When I spoke to the manager, he abused me. I had a terrible experience. I also felt they had connections with the police when I tried to complain, and that the place was running a scam.

I liked the hotel. The staff were good, and it was very nice.
