On 22 July 2025, I had a very bad stay. The rooms were expensive and dirty, and there was no room service. In the middle of summer the AC didn't work properly, and hotel staff shut it off several times.

I booked through Make my trip, and the photos were misleading. The rooms are very old and weren't cleaned properly, the washroom was awful, and there was no water. There was only one old bedsheet on the mattress, and you couldn't even get a cup of tea early in the morning. A complete waste of money and a very bad experience. If you're new to Haridwar, see the room before booking. There are many better hotels around. This is my sincere advice.

The hotel is right on the highway, and my experience there was wonderful. Staff were very good, the room was neat and clean, and the restaurant ann-jal served tasty food quickly.

Nice experience 👌👌 The staff were nice and behaved well. Hotel crown has luxury rooms at a cheap price, which is why I think it's the best hotel in haridwar.
