We spent two days here as a group. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and the hotel was clean, hygienic, and very well maintained. We had an excellent stay and would like to come back. Thanks.

The management didn't seem to care about customers at all. There was no TV or AC remote in the room, and even a bottle of water costs extra. The service was absolutely poor, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The owner was rude, and the food wasn't good either. We had to ask for every basic thing, including the AC, TV remote, and complimentary water bottle. The rooms weren't clean, there was no intercom, and we had to go to reception every time.

We lost two to four hours waiting at the hotel. One person and a woman seemed to handle everything, from the kitchen and room service to reception. There was no AC remote in any room, and the TV wasn't working. The management's mindset felt very cheap. The service was extremely bad, so don't even try this place or you'll regret it.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean. I stayed with friends and thought the staff's service was really nice. We had an excellent experience.
