The staff were cooperative, but the room itself was below what I expected and not in good condition. They still have the OYO tag and are listed on OYO, yet once I arrived they wouldn't let me book through it. They may try to persuade you to stay at their own higher price. I wouldn't recommend it for couples.

The rooftop cafe was a real plus, especially the thali for 150/-, which was very good quality. The room was clean and the staff were cooperative. A nice place to stay.

The lift wasn't working, so I had to walk up four stories. There was no milk for tea and no towel available because of laundry. Service was poor, staff were uncooperative and rude, and the manager seemed afraid of the room boy. A terrible hotel to stay at.

I'd seen some really bad old reviews, but the hotel is very clean now. The rooms were clean and service was good, with cooperative staff.

Right in the city centre, this is a nice hotel. The room was neat and clean, and the staff behaved well.
