Everyone we spoke to was sincere and helpful, and Harshwardhan and samiksha were especially friendly to deal with. The people here provide very good customer service. It’s a very nice place to stay.

The staff's rudeness made an already frustrating stay worse. When we complained, everyone gave the same response: “managment has asked us to do so.” The hotel’s remote location was another problem. Our room had water leaks and was poorly maintained, and basic items like toiletries, a dental kit, hand towels, and drinking water were missing. I had to call several times to get them. Breakfast was extremely limited: bland toast with no butter and paratha without anything to go with it. There was no fruit. This was a complete nightmare and a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel.

The rooftop is a stunning spot for selfies, and the view from up there is fantastic. The location and hospitality were perfect, and everything, including the cleanliness, was marvellous. This is the best hotel one could ask for.

They didn’t provide basic things like drinking water, soap, or towels, and I had to call many times for each item. The staff weren’t friendly, and they were extremely strict about how we stayed there. The hospitality was very poor. I won’t return to this property or recommend it.
