Our stay at Hotel Dev Rishi was relaxing, with clean, comfortable rooms and warm, efficient service. They really welcomed my furry companion, and the staff took care to make sure we were comfortable. There was ample room for walks, which made the pet-friendly setting a highlight. The food was excellent too: fresh ingredients, plenty of choices, generous portions, and flavorful dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'll definitely return.

The location is a long way from the Ganga ghat, service was poor, and room service wasn't done properly. Cleanliness was zero.

I checked in late at night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, but service was very slow. They had no packed mineral water, and the towel I asked for never arrived. The reception line was constantly engaged. When I brought these issues up at the counter while checking out, the staff acted casually. It felt like they didn't care about service.

Even budget hotels costing half as much provide fresh, clean sheets and pillowcases. Here, mine were used and dirty. Staff were careless and arrogant, and the owner seemed casual about the service, even agreeing that the hotel was below budget-hotel standards. The property sits in a residential area, with an open gutter at the entrance and mosquitoes everywhere, but no repellent was provided. If you can't get space in a dharamshala, you could choose this place.
