The rooms were spacious, with the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. The washrooms were tidy and had geysers. I did notice some dirt and stains on the walls and switchboards, so the rooms could have been cleaner. There isn't food at the hotel, but plenty of good food outlets nearby, so that wasn't a problem for us. What made our one-night, two-day stay special was the view from the attached second-floor balcony. From Bhimgoda road, the hotel is just a few meters beside the iconic Har ki pauri ghat in Haridwar. We spent more than half our time sitting there, looking out across the Ganges and the mountains, and even watched a stunning sunrise over the river. If you're after a comfortable stay with a beautiful view of Har ki pauri ghat, this is a great option.

My room had an attached terrace with an excellent view. Har ki Paudi is only about a three-minute walk away.

There was no TV service and no parking, and getting to the hotel can be a hassle. You have to take a rickshaw from Bhimgoda, and one isn't always available. Still, the rooms are large, and the views of Maa Ganga from both the rooms and terrace are really good. Apart from those issues, it's a very good option for a stay.

I was looking for a hotel on Har ki Pauri so my mother could see ganga ji ki aarti on ganga dusheera, and found this place. To be direct, Rs. 3500 per day is expensive for what we got: the room was basically a covered balcony converted into a family room. You can see the aarti, but not clearly. Room service was very poor, so don't expect much beyond the view and the market.

The place looks clean and nice, but the owner refused to let me stay because I'm a foreigner and, I believe, due to my race or religion. This happened during mela time in what should be a holy place, and they should be ashamed. I lost my $$ and wasn't given a refund. Very disappointing that I couldn't stay just because I'm not Indian. G luck!
