Dirty and dusty place, with no RO water and nowhere to dine or even get plates. The switchboards were broken, the charges were high, and the staff weren't cooperative. Very poor experience, not recommended.

After a long drive from Delhi, my wife and I came to Haridwar and looked for a hotel. As we entered the lobby, I asked two reception guys in blue shirts where the washroom was. One of them refused to let my wife use it and said we could only use it if we took a room. They didn't give us time to settle down or understand the woman's situation. We felt insulted and took a room at the next hotel. The staff were unprofessional and untrained, especially at reception. There was no basic courtesy for guests. I suggest not staying here.
