Hotel Pardesi

Atul ji was flexible and helpful when I needed to change my dates because of ticket reservation problems and extreme weather updates. He never hesitated to assist. The hotel was clean, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Arun Kumar deserves a special mention. He was polite, attentive, and proactive about food, water, and updates. He also explained the most economical ways to get around Haridwar. His kindness and quick responses to my calls stood out. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and service was fast. I’d strongly recommend Hotel Pardesi. The one thing I’d improve is the noisy exhaust fan in the restroom.

The restaurant was a letdown too. None of the dishes we ordered tasted good, and most of my family couldn’t eat that night. They didn’t provide basic things like an electric kettle. I stayed at Hotel Pardesi on 2nd May after booking a family room, and the actual room was cramped. They had squeezed in an extra bed right in front of the mirror to make it a “family room.” The AC barely cooled. The bathroom was very dirty, with a broken jet pipe and an overflowing basin tap, and the bedsheets and blankets were unclean. The online pictures don’t show the real condition. This hotel is highly misleading, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The standard room isn’t very spacious, but it works for two people. Mine was clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The location is great, the amenities were well provided, and the food quality impressed me. I had a pleasant, comfortable stay.

A budget-friendly room, friendly staff, and delicious food. Being near the railway station is another plus.
