I dropped OYO completely after this. The room was dirty and the sheets were marked, and they gave me a tiny room while I had a baby in my arms. There was no proper service. The owners apparently don't accept OYO's charges, and guests end up suffering because of it. Worst experience ever.

We had a triple occupancy booking for one room at Rs 1200 with breakfast for three, checking in at 9 pm on Sunday. Since it was Sunday evening, they gave us a big discount; otherwise the same room would cost Rs 2500-3000. The property is close to Delhi, and local ID is accepted. Outside food is allowed too, which worked for us since I ordered through Swiggy instead of eating there. The complimentary breakfast wasn't good, and there's no parking provided, so you leave your vehicle at your own risk, even though the surrounding area is under CCTV surveillance. Still, it was a nice stay at this Oyo townhouse in Faridabad.

For a one-day stay, this townhouse is budget friendly, though its standards aren't like the ones in Delhi or Gurgaon. The place itself was neat and clean, and you can enjoy the food at their restaurant. The staff, though, were very slow, and the complimentary breakfast felt like a formality: it came cold, tasteless, and boring.

Customers are the ones caught in the middle of whatever disagreement there is between the hotel owner and OYO. If you book through the OYO portal, they may refuse to give you a room even when plenty are available. They told me to cancel that booking and book directly with them instead. Otherwise you're left talking to customer care and having your booking shifted around. The manager at reception was rude too. I had a very bad experience.
