OYO 66209 Hotel Prayag

The convenient location made getting to the hotel easy. My room was well kept, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and quick to help with anything I needed. The food was enjoyable, with a good variety. It was a pleasant, dependable place to stay for a short visit or a longer one.

The food was delicious and had enough variety for different tastes. Room service was prompt, and the staff paid attention to details. Regal Crown Hotel is conveniently placed for getting to nearby attractions and transport. The hotel has a quiet, luxurious feel, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with modern amenities. Staff were welcoming and professional from arrival. It offers a comfortable stay and good value for both business and leisure trips, and I'd recommend it.

We spent the whole night without electricity because there was no power backup, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, with little concern for our comfort. They also charged me more than other guests without a clear reason, which felt unfair. There was no complimentary water, either. On top of that, I was billed for alleged property damage without proper explanation or evidence. It was a frustrating, disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A good budget choice for students or a short stay in Jaipur. The location is handy for transport, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean. Staff were polite, the stay was comfortable, and the food was decent.
